Refund Policy

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

We offer FREE 30 days replacement Warranty on all our products. If your product is different then the one you have ordered or does not match its description, Kindly please contact us at support@edgefrog.com within 48hours of receiving the product - Our friendly support team will help you out.

 

HOW CAN I RECEIVE FULL REFUND?

Please note that the products will only be refunded if they will be in their original condition, packaging and no signs of wear and tear, Unfortunately used products or products damaged by customer will not be eligible for refunds.

As stated above, Please contact us at support@edgefrog.com and we will send you address of our warehouse closet to your location.

Please make sure you ship the product with tracking option and send it as a gift. Once our warehouse manager gives us a green signal, we will issue you refund after deducting the shipping costs that occurred in first place. 

Refund policy only applies to regular items not the items on sale.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to take our items back and exchange them with new ones if you have received them faulty or damaged. Please send us a mail at support@edgefrog.com with clear pictures of product and issue in detail.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We wish we could do that but there are lot things that runs behind the scenes when you place your order. We will only charge 20% of the order amount if you cancel it before the item has been shipped or processed.

Please note that the refunds will not be made or Items will not be exchanged if you change your mind after placing the order. Please be sure of what you want and order it with full confidence. After you place an order, You will be bounded by a buyer seller legal contract and items will be processed in that order.
